It's just been a few days since the holiday. 

Some of us gained a few pounds and others held on 
to their diet and succeeded in taming their gut.

CNN listed the best foods that have high benefits
but low in calories. Here they are:

2. Soy

3. Salmon and other oily fish

MSNBC, meanwhile listed what many thought as artery-clogging foods
but, after giving them a closer look, contains potential health benefits.
Here are 5 of them:

1. Eggs
2. White Potatoes
3. Pizza
4. Sugary Cereals
5. Canned Fruits and Vegetables

Amazed? You can now remove your diet chains and have more freedom
in making healthy food choices.
